The music was composed in Sequencer Plus Gold, and then Prince had to downgrade his music to sound proper on the OPL2. The new music was composed by the same artist, Bobby Prince, and it follows the same foreboding vein as the previous game. The music is very similar in style to that of Wolfenstein 3D (DOS), in fact, much of it is carried over from the the first game.
